At the congress, we presented our poster titled “Validation of a Lateral Flow Test for Allergen Detection and Quantification of Gluten Proteins,” showcasing our latest research and development efforts. Additionally, we conducted a showroom presentation on our advanced allergen detection solutions, emphasizing their efficiency and reliability in various applications.
Our stand featured the Allergen Free series, which rapidly and accurately detects common allergens in food samples, CIP systems, and surfaces. The series attracted considerable interest, highlighting the critical role of allergen detection in ensuring consumer safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
Engaging with the attendees provided us with valuable opportunities to exchange insights and foster new collaborations.
